BUY AN EXISTING DESIGN
Please select the ‘Existing Design’ options if you are ordering a previously commissioned Cute Path design. These are a great memento and the perfect present for the happy couple if they have already ordered a Cute Path for their wedding invitations. Please mention the name/s from the previous order on the order form or in an email so we can trace the past order.
 
Important Note:
Each design is made bespoke to your requirements. We recommend providing us with upto 22 events and 1 or 2 hobbies/interests. This is a complex design and so requires artistic freedom to create a good composition – although we do accept the odd motif request and encourage you to provide details on each of your milestones, we’re unable to honour a list of, for example, 22 events with 22 very specific image requests. Take a look at the product pictures (click on the main picture to enlarge) to get an idea of the finish you can expect from the design.

Order Time Frames
We advise you to order with us as far in advance as possible. Generally, we recommend at least 4 weeks, but we can often accommodate Fast Track orders. Fast Track orders involve a proof within 5 days rather than the standard 14 days. Fast Track orders generally half the normal timeframe of 3-4 weeks to 2 weeks or less. If you are in a super rush, contact us with your due date and we can let you know if its possible to achieve.
Existing Design Orders – Your order will arrive within 7-10 days.
 
How a Cute Path Order Works
STEP 1:    Add your item to the shopping cart.
STEP 2:   Click ‘Checkout’ in the cart, select your chosen payment method and follow the on-screen instructions. Please note payment must be received in full before the design process can begin.
STEP 3:   On the final thank you page you will find links to the Cute Path Order Form (note for paypal payments you may have to click the ‘Return to Cute Maps’ link on Paypal’s ‘Payment Completed’ page). If you have ordered more than one item there is an opportunity to fill in multiple forms. These can also be filled in at a later date should you not have all the information to hand.
Important note on Cute Path design orders: It is very important to include all of your milestones/hobbies on your initial order form. It is also important to detail these in chronological order.  A second proof with small, reasonable amendments is free of charge. However, large and additional design requests following the proof involves an extensive redesign & so incurs an additional fee.  Therefore, please ensure you submit all your details in the initial order form and have a good look around the gallery & pictures above so you know what to expect from a Cute Path design.
STEP 4:    Following payment and submission of your order form/s, your proof will be emailed to you within 14 days, or 5 days fast track. At this point you can advise of any final tweaks. After any amendments are made, we will send your Cute Path to print and your item will arrive with you within 7-10 days.
