Matching Stationery Order Form

(The most important bits from the T&Cs)

  • If you have ordered multiple items, you are welcome to either send through all instructions on one form, or send through a separate form for each item.

  • If you have ordered an A5 Folded Card or Booklet Order of Service we recommend emailing a word document to us at with your wording.

  • Small, reasonable tweaks and amendments are free of charge following the proof. Please note lengthy & additional design requests following the first proof incur a redesign fee so please ensure you include all requests in your initial order form.

  • If you are ordering a Table Plan or Place Cards, its no problem to add in your guest names at a later date. We recommend sending these through apx 14 days before the big day to allow plenty of time for reproof, approval, print and delivery.
