SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES 
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Custom or made-to-order items may require a little extra time — any extended lead times will be noted in the product description.
UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • Tracked Delivery (optional): 1–2 business days after dispatch
    All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail or other trusted couriers. You’ll receive tracking details if your order is sent via a tracked service.
     

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide.
Delivery times vary by destination and local postal services:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Please note that international deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to customs processing or local postal factors beyond our control.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or cover these costs.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if applicable). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • For UK orders: please allow 10 business days after dispatch.

  • For international orders: please allow 25 business days after dispatch.

After these periods, we can assist with replacements or refunds as appropriate.

PACKAGING
Where possible, we use eco-friendly and recyclable materials.
